Raw materials for cellular concrete are cement and ground silica sand. Gas-forming agents are also used, such as aluminum dust. Their function is to add porous structure to the product. There are meshes around the surface with air inside. The fillers are also added, such as slaked lime, gypsum etc.Wall blocks can be of the following density: D400, D500, D600. There are several configuration options.
Standard sizes are used in production. Permissible size tolerance equals to that of the Ist class:

Wall block characteristics
AeroBlock factory produces wall blocks made of cellular concrete in Kaliningrad according to all the necessary Russian quality standards. Thanks to these peculiarities, the materials can be used in construction of: industrial buildings; individual and multi-storied buildings; offices and other commercial buildings; hospitals, schools, kinder gardens and other socially significant facilities.
In low-rise construction (to 3 floors), aerated concrete can be used for load bearing elements. In that case, structural strength is increased due to reinforcing. In cast-in-place buildings, exterior and interior walls are filled with the material.

Aerated concrete has several characteristic features:
- Ease of use. Construction work takes a minimum of time. Due to its light weight, the material can be easily carried by hand. The blocks can be fitted to size with the help of common small tools. Affordable and easy-to-use adhesive mixtures are used as masonry admixtures. Finally, even with minimal construction skills you get perfectly even walls, so there is no need for long and scrutinous leveling.
- Thermal insulation. Aerated concrete reduces heat losses. As a result, you don’t need to increase the capacity of the heating system.
- Soundproofing. The material has good sound-insulation value. The finished constructions absorb unwanted sound, so you don’t need to add supplementary insulation.
- Accelerated construction. Aerated concrete has light weight and relatively large sizes. That is why the construction takes less time than, for example, with bricks.
- Fire security. The product is made of non-combustible materials. The blocks can tolerate open fire for 3 hours.
