1. General terms of use of the website en.aeroblock.net
1.1. The site en.aeroblock.net (hereinafter referred to as the “Site”) is a system of interactive services in real time on the World Wide Web and includes information services and data provided by the administration of the site en.aeroblock.net and third parties.
1.2. This User Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the Agreement) establishes the terms and conditions for using the Site, including:
terms of use of materials posted on the Site;
conditions for posting materials, with the exception of advertising (including, but not limited to, text materials, images, comments) by Users on the Site, as well as the rights and obligations of the Users of the Site and the Site administration.
The "User of the Site" means an individual who uses the Site in real time in accordance with the requirements on the Site.
1.3. This Agreement applies to relations related to the rights and interests of third parties who are not Users of the Site, but whose rights and interests may be affected by the actions of Users of the Site.
1.4. This Agreement is a binding document for Site Users.
1.5. The user is obliged to fully familiarize himself with this Agreement. The use of the Site by the User means that the User accepts and undertakes to comply with all of the following conditions of this Agreement in accordance with Article 438 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation.
1.6. This Agreement, in whole or in part, may be changed by the Site administration at any time without any special notice. The new version of the Agreement comes into force from the moment of its publication on the Site.
1.7. This Agreement is an open and public document.
1.8. When registering, the User agrees to the terms of this Agreement and assumes the rights and obligations specified in them related to the use and operation of the Site.
1.9. The processing of the User's personal data is carried out in accordance with the current legislation of the Russian Federation.
2. Terms of use of materials posted on the Site
2.1. The site contains materials protected by copyright, trademarks and other materials protected by law, including, but not limited to, texts, photographs, videos, graphics, music and sound works.
2.2. At the same time, all the content of the Site, with the exception of advertising, is protected by copyright as a work created by collective creative labor in accordance with the current legislation of the Russian Federation.
2.3. The provisions specified in this section of the Agreement provide for the protection of the interests of the Site administration and third parties who are the owners of the rights in relation to the content ("content") of the Site. At the same time, all these holders of the rights have the right to exercise their rights specified in this Agreement independently.
2.4. The Site user does not have the right to make changes, publish, transfer to third parties, participate in the sale or assignment, create derivative products or otherwise use, partially or completely, the content of the Site, with the exception of cases of using posted text materials in the amount of not more than 300 (three hundred) signs without punctuation marks (the use of any photographic materials and graphic images is not allowed without the consent of the Site administration).
2.5. The Site user can download ("download") from the Site copyrighted materials only for personal use.
2.6. Unless otherwise provided by the legislation on copyright and related rights, copying, distribution, transfer to third parties, publication or other use for commercial purposes of materials downloaded from the Site is not allowed without obtaining the written permission of the Site administration or other legal owner of the exclusive right.
2.7. If permission is obtained to copy, distribute, publish or otherwise use the materials on the site protected by copyright, such copying, distribution, publication or other use is not allowed without notice of copyright ownership or with a change or exclusion of the author's name and / or trademark.
3. Conditions for posting materials by Users on the Site
3.1 The user of the Site undertakes to use the Site only for lawful purposes.
